Luckily by using the native WooCommerce options we can easily fix this issue but it won’t be so easy in case the shipping fees need to be edited for every single product. WooCommerce doesn’t allow that.

You have to create separate rules for each postal code or state you want different rates - there's no way to create a rule for a range of postal codes or multiple states. That would mean at the minimum if we wanted to create different rates for states we would have to create 50 different rules for each product. The whole point was to make it easier to apply unite product specific rates. The postal code feature is utterly worthless we have like 42000 postal codes in the united states that would mean we would have to create 42000 different rules - per product that you want different rates.

Hello! it is also possible to use a list of postal codes separated by comma or use * to identify a range of codes for example 960* = 960019600296003... 96099. This way you'll be able to manage it easier. I hope this helps and feel free to use our support platform if you have further doubts :)

great plugin I can create different country rates!

The plugin is not compatible with custom taxonomies only with WooCommerce categories and tags.
You need to create as many rules as the available kgs. E.g. 21+1 = $X
21+2 = $Y
etc.

You can add multiple extra costs based on the products in cart number of items and many other options as explained here.
Yes it's possible to create rules that match a country using the 'geolocation' settings (country state postcode).
It's possible to add 2 different costs per product in the cart: - Shipping Cost which is related to the product (but regardless of the quantity) - Product Cost multiplied by the product quantity.
Yes you can define both values in the related columns within the rule and if necessary create more rules with different values.
The plugin adds an extra shipping method to your cart which can be set up globally or on a product by product basis. You will be able to set up free shipping for specific products only or for all of them when specific conditions are met.
