Great toolI am very satisfied with this plugin it works well and has extraordinary and fast support behind it. The only reason why I cannot give a 5-star rate is that I believe this plugin should include some sort of reward for customers who leave a review so they are encouraged to do that. I use it with the review for discount one to achieve this but I think you could have merged the two plugins in one.

Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may write a review.
No unfortunately it is not possible to do it automatically because the plugin works with a daily cron. The minimum that can be set is 1 day. As an alternative you can trigger the email sending manually for every single order by clicking on the related button.
Not with this plugin as it only reminds the customer to write a review. Yet to offer a discount you can use another plugin YITH WooCommerce Review for Discounts.

The email content can be translated from the WPML String Translation section in each language you desire.
No you don't have to use Mandrill unless you need to send mass emails or manage email campaigns. YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder also works without Mandrill.
