You need to have a PayPal Business account.
No you can receive payments from any payment gateway you’ve set up on your WooCommerce-based store. So users can pay with card cash bank transfer PayPal etc. Yet your receivers must have a PayPal account in order to get payments through PayPal Payouts.
No the payout amount is calculated out of the cart subtotal so it does not include shipping costs.
The plugin is integrated only with our YITH Multi Vendor and allows sending payments based on every single order to the right vendors as soon as the order is completed. Please note that the order payments always go first on the PayPal business account.
