This AddOn saves the user chat sessions with the bot. This allows you to check the step by step user interactions and helps you fine tune the bot for better support and performance. Once installed you will get a new menu item – ChatBot sessions. Each chat sessions are listed according to date. The chat details are displayed exactly how the chat interactions took place.
