If you mean to have the chance for vendors to create their own order sequence this plugin does not work in a Multi Vendor environment but if it is the admin who has to order his/her own orders then certainly the plugin can work well with YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor.

No renewal orders will follow the standard orders numeration but the subscriptions can have a separate sequential numeration. You can read more about the integration between the two plugins here.
No unfortunately this is not possible only new orders can be renumbered.
